Ranch Veggie Pizza

As you might be able to tell with the ranch and cheese this is not the most healthy meal i have put on here but its a great alternative to a take out pizza.

Like with everything we made our own bread, This was just a regular pizza dough recipe. I will link you to one HERE.

Like the others what makes this recipe so nice it that its super easy and flexible you don't have to put anything on it that you dislike also you are able to put one think on yours and leave it off of another one.

For our pizza i used.
Mushrooms
Yellow onion
Green onion
Carrots
Brocoli
Green pepper
Red pepper
Banana peppers
Garlic
Ginger root

Also we used ranch as the sauce but you can also use a pesto sauce if you are trying to go a little more healthy.

1. Spread the ranch
2. VEGGIES
3. sprinkle cheese (notice the word "sprinkle" does not mean pour or layer !)
4. preheat oven to 450 and cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is browned.

And now it is done! like i said before be creative on the veggies you use and try different things. Also try the pesto sauce it is really good and has a really nice shelve life in the fridge. Plus its a really healthy option compared to the ranch. I will post a recipe for it in the next blog.

Lettuce Wrap

This one was really fun to make!
We used Avocado but it was not ripe, At that time we couldn't tell a ripe avacado from a non ripe avocado.

With avocado as the base we added the following things.

* All ingredients are raw

-Corn
-Garlic
-Yellow Onion
-Cilantro

Mix them all in a bowl and lay on a romaine lettuce leave and roll it up like a burrito

This is something you can really play around with and add whatever raw veggies you want! I really loved this one it actually out of anything we have made so far had the most flavor. it makes a really awesome lunch or snack.

Plus its 100 percent raw so anybody on the raw food diet can try this out!

Pita Tacos!

They are actually nothing like tacos

Veggies. ( need i explain more?)
Pesto sauce or any kind of dressing or dip
Pita bread (we made our own but you can also buy it anywhere.)

You can use a skillet for the veggies or a panini press. However you wanna do it just cook those veggies.
Cut pita bread in half and scoop out the inside bread.
Spread pesto on the inside of the pita
Fill with veggies
Done!!!!
